Description: Layer contains most of the Impaired streams found on the WV 2014 Integrated Report Listing and Supplemental Tables for streams with completed and approved TMDLs. EPA overlisted streams for Bio impairment. These can be found in a separate file "WV2014_EPAOverlist_24kNHD_201070215". This layers is based on the 24 K NHD from USGS. The actual date of this 24K NHD dataset is unknown, but is best guessed to be from around 2000. There may have been some changes in the line work since then. There are a few additional streams digitized by hand included in this dataset where a blue line was not present on the original topo map.
