WVDEP currently runs ArcGIS Enterprise 10.91 All traffic now uses https protocol only.
The rest interface for most services is https://tagis.dep.wv.gov/arcgis/rest/services
Image services are handled by a different server and are available at https://tagis.dep.wv.gov/image/rest/services
WVDEP enterprise GIS services are mostly located under the WVDEP_enterprise directory. Selected datasets for general use are located under webMercator and UTM, which identifies their native coordinate system.
