WVDEP currently runs ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5  All traffic now uses https protocol only.

The rest interface for most services is https://tagis.dep.wv.gov/arcgis/rest/services

WVDEP enterprise GIS services are mostly located under the WVDEP_enterprise folder

Image services for statewide lidar data is available in the elevation folder
